Korea Die & Mold Industry Cooperative (KODMIC), the operator of this website, collects and uses visitors’ personal information for the purpose of providing information on future exhibitions and mold-related events.

Visitors’ personal information may be provided to participating companies when the following activities occur while logged in:
  a. Visiting an exhibitor’s booth page.
  b. Viewing or adding exhibitor content (products, conferences, videos, photo galleries, Q&A, etc.) to MyBooth.
  c. Submitting inquiries via contact forms.

2. Personal Information Collected
Required Information: Name, company name, contact information (mobile number), email, address

3. Compliance with Personal Information Handling
KODMIC collects personal information with the consent of visitors and manages it in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including confidentiality obligations, prohibition of unauthorized third-party disclosure, liability in case of incidents, and the obligation to return or destroy personal information after the purpose of collection has been fulfilled.

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.

5. Rights
Under the applicable Personal Information Protection Act, visitors have the right to refuse consent to the collection of personal information. However, refusal may result in restrictions on certain functions of the online exhibition.
