Raw-Space
Having an raw space booth means that the participant has rented only the exhibition area. The exhibitor is responsible for and must bear the expense of the installation and removal of its booth, and all the work must be done by companies registered with KINTEX.
  • Booth Type: Raw space only (exhibitor responsible for setup/dismantling)
  • Contractor: KINTEX-registered only
  • Height: 5m (7m for wall-side booths)
  • Multi-story: Not allowed
  • Rigging: 50 booths or more only
  • Aisle Walls: Not permitted

Structure & Construction Regulations

Height Limit Maximum height: 5m
Up to 7m permitted for booths adjacent to exhibition hall walls
Structural safety verification is required for heights exceeding 5m
Wall Installation Restrictions Installation of walls facing aisles is not permitted in principle
To ensure visibility of adjacent booths:
- Wall installation must not exceed one-third (1/3) of the total wall length
- If within one-third (1/3), height is limited to 3m
Ceiling Structure All booths must be open ceiling in principle
However, ceilings may be installed for small office or reception areas
Materials & Construction Method All materials must be flame-retardant or non-combustible
Structures must be prefabricated externally and assembled on-site
All installations, including lighting, must not exceed the allocated booth area
※ Self-construction is not permitted in principle. In exceptional cases, construction may be carried out only with prior approval from KINTEX.
※ Contractors must comply with all booth construction regulations (including height limits). In case of violations, on-site modifications or removal may be required, and participation in future INTERMOLD KOREA construction may be restricted.
※ Exhibitors with adjacent booths must install partitions with a neutral color (e.g., white, gray, ivory) up to a height of at least 2.5m along the shared boundary to prevent exposure. Any structure exceeding 2.5m (e.g., walls, towers, signboards) must have its rear side finished in a neutral color by the exhibitor. If the rear finish is inadequate or causes disruption to adjacent booths, visitor flow, or the overall exhibition environment, the organizer may require immediate correction. In case of non-compliance, the organizer may carry out corrective work at the exhibitor’s expense and charge the associated costs.

Rigging Regulations

  • Only exhibitors occupying 50 booths or more are eligible
  • Only installation of equipment (e.g., lighting) attached to trusses is permitted
  • Suspended structures (e.g., hanging banners) are not allowed
  • Ceiling structures must be at least 7m above the floor
  • Truss width must not exceed 1.5m

Construction Procedures & Required Documents

  • Submission of Design Drawings
     - Deadline: February 5, 2027 (Fri)
     - Required documents: construction plan, drawings, color renderings, etc.
  • Construction is permitted only after approval by the organizer
  • In case of unapproved construction or violation of regulations:
     → On-site modification or removal at the contractor’s expense
     → Restriction on participation in future exhibitions
  • Booth construction is not permitted in principle for exhibitors who fail to submit the booth declaration and contractor registration forms

Work Notification Submission

  • All work must be reported through a work notification form submitted under the contractor’s name
  • All workers must wear contractor-issued access badges

Safety Helmet Requirement

  • All personnel entering the exhibition hall during the construction period (March 6~8, 2027) must wear safety helmets
  • Entry will be restricted for those not wearing safety helmets
    ※ Exhibitors and contractors must prepare and wear their own helmets
    ※ Mandatory helmet use for exhibitors will be lifted after midnight on the final installation day (March 13, 2027)

Painting Work

  • Painting inside the exhibition hall is restricted in principle
  • Only joint finishing work is allowed after 6:00 PM
    ※ Only water-based paint is permitted
